South Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust

I have written to Dr John Martin, Chief Executive of South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, to raise my concerns about the Trust’s decision to withdraw fire and rescue services from co-responding to Category 1 cardiac emergencies.

I am particularly concerned that this change could compromise the timely care that patients experiencing cardiac emergencies rely on.
