Temporary Traffic Signals at Coleford

I've written to Gloucestershire County Council about the traffic chaos in Coleford caused by temporary lights at the Gloucester Road / Market Place crossroads.

Local businesses are suffering, residents are stuck in long queues, and the current setup makes little sense given the scale of the works.
