I want to recognise that while Results Day can be a day of celebration, it can also be one of worry, stress and anxiety. Uncertainty can be a difficult one to navigate.
To help manage this tricky time, there are organisations and professionals available to support you:
UCAS — for advice on your university options, including Clearing and what to do if you don't get the grades you were hoping for.

Your school or college — teachers and careers advisers can help you understand your options and decide on your next steps.
Remember, not getting the results you wanted doesn't mean the end of your plans. There are lots of different routes into higher education, apprenticeships, training and employment.
