Forest of Dean Health Debate

Earlier this week, the Forest Health Forum, Forest Voluntary Action Forum - FVAF, healthcare professionals and local residents came together for the Big Health Debate to discuss some of the biggest healthcare challenges facing our communities.

The discussions highlighted a range of important topics, including mental health and wellbeing, access to NHS dentistry, and GP services. Most importantly, the event gave residents the opportunity to share their experiences, concerns and ideas for improving local healthcare.

I would like to thank the Forest Health Forum and FVAF for their continued commitment to engaging with our communities. They do an excellent job of bringing local people together and ensuring that the voices of residents across the Forest of Dean are heard.

I will continue to support these organisations, highlighting future events and ensuring that the voices of Forest of Dean communities drive the improvements we want to see.
