The Post Office Horizon Scandal: Fujitsu

I have joined over 75 cross-party MPs in signing a letter urging action on Fujitsu’s continued eligibility for public contracts following its role in the Post Office Horizon scandal.

This scandal is one of the gravest miscarriages of justice in British history — destroying lives and undermining public trust.

The letter calls on the Government to:

• Immediately review Fujitsu’s eligibility to bid for critical public services, including its current re-tender for the Trader Support Service.

• Require that any government supplier involved in systemic failures, like Fujitsu, demonstrate meaningful remediation before being awarded further contracts.
