Today in the Chamber, I raised a question in relation to the delays in our court system.
The government inherited a Crown Court system in crisis. It was good to hear the Minister acknowledge the crisis is intolerable and agree that radical, structural reform is urgently needed — reform that Labour is committed to delivering.
