It was great to meet with representatives from the New Homes Ombudsman Service to hear how they are working to raise standards in new-build housing and provide a clear route for resolving disputes with developers.


Too often, buyers move into newly built homes only to face serious problems—poor build quality, construction delays, and a worrying lack of accountability from developers. The NHOS plays a crucial role in helping people navigate these challenges and seek fair outcomes.
