Meeting Local Famers and the NFU

On Friday, I visited Minsterworth to meet with livestock farmer Mr. King, representatives from the NFU - National Farmers' Union, and local farmers.

We discussed key issues including Agricultural Property Relief, the Sustainable Farming Incentive, flooding, wild boar, and mental health.

Farmers are the backbone of the Forest of Dean’s rural economy. I am committed to supporting our local farming community and will continue meeting with farmers to ensure their views are represented in Westminster.
