FareShare - Fighting hunger, tackling food waste

I recently learned that over 4 million tonnes of edible food are wasted in the UK each year. So yesterday, I met with Kris, the CEO of FareShare, and their team in Parliament to hear more about the work they’re doing to change that.

FareShare tackles food waste by redistributing surplus food to nearly 8,000 charities and community groups across the UK—getting good food to people who need it most, rather than letting it go to waste.
