A big thank you to everyone who made the Emergency Services Showcase event in Coleford such a great event!
It was great for some of my team and I to meet so many of the incredible people who serve our community each and every day.
The services represented were:
Forest of Dean Neighbourhood Policing team (and Cadets)
Community First Responders
It was also good to see so many families out enjoying the displays and taking the chance to chat with those that keep us all safe. We even managed to enjoy a coffee at The Art Of Coffee Coleford.
Events like this are a reminder of just how lucky we are to have such committed and skilled people working to provide these vital services. Thank you to those who organised the day from Coleford Town Council, and to everyone who came along to show their support.
A brilliant community day—and even better that it was right in the heart of town, supporting local shops and businesses too!
