It’s Eating Disorders Awareness Week, and I want to take the opportunity to remind constituents far and wide that they are not alone.
This week’s theme is Community because we know how important safe and supportive communities are for those recovering, those caring for someone in recovery, and for those to recognise eating disorders signs and support that person towards the help that they need.
Beat will be sharing advice for how to get involved in your community, from how to find your own safe spaces, to how to create one yourself.
Please find organisations below to seek support for yourself or someone you know.
